POSITION:		Principal Assistant – Full-Time Probationary (12 month)
EFFECTIVE DATE:		September 1, 2026
ASSIGNMENT:		Gardner Dickinson
REPORTS TO:		Building Principal
QUALIFICATIONS:		Four (4) year college degree and five (5) years successful experience working with adults and children in an educational environment, and Valid Teaching or Teaching Assistant certification
RESPONSIBILITIES:
	This job includes completing administrative tasks under the direction of a school building principal or assistant principal.  The employee will have considerable leeway for the exercise of independent judgment in implementing the district’s policies and the school’s procedures.
	Typical duties will include assisting the building principal with the day-to-day operation of the school building, including but not limited to building management, student supervision, support to staff and budget preparation.
	Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as sound judgment will be required.
	Any other responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Building Principal.
SALARY:		Based on TAA contract
