Troy Middle School is looking for a CTE (Career and Technical Education) teacher.  If you are interested in working with middle school students in the area of computer design, coding, computer science or technology this is a great opportunity.  Successful applicants should have a NYS certification in CTE or willing to pursue NYS certification through the non-traditional Transitional A teacher pathway.   You can investigate some alternative certification options here:  https://newyork.teach.org/alternative-certification


Non-certified candidates must have a four year degree in the field and be willing to successfully complete some required training for working in New York State schools.  Also, if candidates have other teaching certificates, but are interested in CTE, should also consider applying.
