QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid New York State certification

 

Special Education Teacher with experience working with students who have moderate language, cognition and motor needs is preferred. Experience with teaching through adapting methods, materials and technology to meet students' individual needs and abilities within a special class setting. The ability to work collaboratively with teaching assistants and related service providers to meet the needs of students is required.

Based on experience and TTA contract
